On Point Moto – Shipping Policy

1. Standard Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days, subject to stock availability.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order.

Free Delivery

Orders over £150 qualify for free standard UK delivery.

Complete motorcycles are excluded from the free-delivery offer.

Large, heavy or oversized items may also be subject to an additional delivery charge. If an additional charge is required, we will contact you before dispatch.

2. Delivery Times

We use third-party courier services for most deliveries.

Delivery times provided at checkout or following dispatch are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us and we will investigate the matter with the courier.

3. Damaged Deliveries

Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If your parcel appears damaged, please take photographs of the packaging and goods before disposing of the packaging and contact us.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

4. Complete Motorcycle Delivery

Complete motorcycles are not covered by our £150 free-delivery offer.

Delivery of a motorcycle will be arranged separately and the applicable delivery charge will be agreed with the customer before the motorcycle is dispatched.

Customers may also arrange collection from On Point Moto by prior agreement.

Where a motorcycle is delivered, customers should inspect it upon arrival and report any obvious transport damage as soon as reasonably possible.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
